‘Scream Dream’ is widely regarded as Ted’s last truly great studio album. Switching to the Atlantic label and straight away seeking a far more throughtful and less manic approach, the guitarist’s ‘gory years’ were neatly capped by this superb outing - a memorable ten-tracker crafted with an equal measure of raw power and prime melody; a record that never once takes its eye off the (big) prize.
